Directions

1. Prepare the Tomato

Wash the tomato and slice it into 5 round pieces. Place them on a tissue paper and sprinkle a little salt to draw out excess moisture.

2. Mix the Eggs

Peel the boiled eggs and place them in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and a pinch of pepper, then mash and mix well.

3. Toast Bread & Fry Bacon

Toast the bread slices lightly in a pan (without butter). Then fry the bacon until it becomes crispy.

4. Make Honey Mustard Sauce

In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon honey mustard, and ½ teaspoon whole grain mustard. You can also use only honey mustard if you prefer.

5. Assemble the Sandwich
