Directions
1. Prepare the Tomato
Wash the tomato and slice it into 5 round pieces. Place them on a tissue paper and sprinkle a little salt to draw out excess moisture.
2. Mix the Eggs
Peel the boiled eggs and place them in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and a pinch of pepper, then mash and mix well.
3. Toast Bread & Fry Bacon
Toast the bread slices lightly in a pan (without butter). Then fry the bacon until it becomes crispy.
