Directions
1. Step
In a hot pan, melt 15 g of butter. Add sliced apples, 2 tbsp of sugar, and cinnamon to taste. Cook until the apples soften, then transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool.
2. Step
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, 120 g of butter, egg, salt, yogurt, and 4 tbsp of sugar. Mix until a soft dough forms.
3. Step
Divide the dough into two parts. Wrap one part in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes. Roll out the remaining dough to about 7 cm thickness and cut out shapes using a cookie cutter.
4. Step
Place the cut dough pieces on a baking tray. Spread the apple filling evenly on top. Grate the chilled dough over the apples to create a crumble-like topping.
5. Step
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
