Directions

1. Step

Wash and peel the sweet potatoes (optional, depending on your preference). Slice them into thin rounds.

Place each slice between two layers of tissue paper. Press lightly with a glass to flatten the slices slightly. Repeat for all slices.

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F). Arrange the sweet potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overlapping for even cooking. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, flip the slices and bake for another 5 minutes at 180°C (356°F).

If you have more sweet potato slices, repeat the cooking process in batches to ensure all slices are evenly cooked.
