Directions
1. Mix Butter and Sugar
In a large bowl, take 50g of butter. Add icing sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
2. Beat the Mixture
Beat the mixture for 3–4 minutes until it becomes light and fluffy.
3. Add the Egg
Crack in one egg and mix thoroughly.
4. Make the Dough
Gradually add the flour (about 150g) and mix to form a soft dough.
5. Pipe the Dough
Place the dough into a piping bag (or any plastic bag with a cut corner). Pipe small round shapes onto a baking tray.
6. Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 13–15 minutes or until they turn light golden brown.
