Directions

  1. Finely chop 3 potatoes (540 g) into small pieces. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and a little water. Microwave the potatoes for 13 minutes.

  2. After microwaving, drain the water from the potatoes. Mix the softened potatoes with 3 tablespoons of potato starch until well combined. Place the mixture on tissue paper to remove excess moisture.

  3. Divide the potato mixture into portions. Take one portion and flatten it into a circle with your hands. Add mozzarella cheese to the center, then cover with another portion of potato mixture, sealing the edges to form a stuffed circle.

  4. In a bowl, mix: 30 g unsalted butter (melted), 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon honey, Parsley (as desired) Stir until smooth and well combined.

  5. Spread some garlic butter sauce onto a baking sheet lined with tissue paper. Place the stuffed potato circles on the sheet. Lightly brush the tops with the sauce. Score the tops of the circles lightly with a knife. Bake at 190°C (374°F) for 20 minutes. After baking, brush the tops lightly with additional sauce for extra flavor.
