Directions
-
Finely chop 3 potatoes (540 g) into small pieces. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and a little water. Microwave the potatoes for 13 minutes.
-
After microwaving, drain the water from the potatoes. Mix the softened potatoes with 3 tablespoons of potato starch until well combined. Place the mixture on tissue paper to remove excess moisture.
-
Divide the potato mixture into portions. Take one portion and flatten it into a circle with your hands. Add mozzarella cheese to the center, then cover with another portion of potato mixture, sealing the edges to form a stuffed circle.
-
In a bowl, mix: 30 g unsalted butter (melted), 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon honey, Parsley (as desired) Stir until smooth and well combined.
-
Spread some garlic butter sauce onto a baking sheet lined with tissue paper. Place the stuffed potato circles on the sheet. Lightly brush the tops with the sauce. Score the tops of the circles lightly with a knife. Bake at 190°C (374°F) for 20 minutes. After baking, brush the tops lightly with additional sauce for extra flavor.
