Directions

1. Step

Finely chop the onion, green onion, and Cheongyang pepper. Cut the soft tofu into two pieces. Finely chop the Spam, place it in a bowl, and rinse well with hot water to remove excess oil.

2. Step

Heat a pan and add the chopped onion. Add the rinsed Spam and cook for a minute. Place the soft tofu pieces in the pan and pour in 220ml of water.

3. Step

In a bowl, mix red chili paste, bean paste, soy sauce, red chili powder, and minced garlic. Pour the sauce over the soft tofu, cover with a lid, and let it cook. Once the tofu is heated through, remove the lid and gently cut the tofu into smaller pieces with a spoon. Stir everything together to evenly coat with the sauce. Add chopped green onion and Cheongyang pepper, then let it cook for another minute before serving.
