Directions

1. Step

Peel and finely chop the potatoes into small pieces. Place them in a bowl, add water, and mix in ½ tsp salt. Microwave for 6 minutes, then drain the water.

Mash the potatoes while they are still warm. Add 30 g of unsalted butter and mix well. Beat in 2 eggs and mix thoroughly. Pour in 30 ml of milk and mix until smooth.

Grease a mini cake mold (120x70 mm) with butter. Pour the mixture into the mold or an oven-safe container. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Bake for 25 minutes (baking time may vary based on the oven).
