Directions
1. Step
Separate the cream from 14 pink Oreo biscuits. Place the biscuits in a plastic bag and crush them finely. Set aside the green tea-flavored cream in a bowl.

Mix the crushed Oreos with 30g melted butter until well combined.
3. Step
Pour the biscuit-butter mixture into a 15cm cake mold and press evenly with a spoon to form the base.

In a separate bowl, whisk together 300g cream cheese and 40g sugar until smooth. Add 300g fresh cream and a little crushed Oreo, then mix everything well.

Pour half of the cheese mixture into the mold. Arrange 4 whole Oreos on top, then gently heat the green tea-flavored cream and add it to the center.
6. Step
Add the rest of the cheese mixture and crumble the remaining Oreos on top.
7. Step
Freeze the cheesecake for 5–6 hours. Then remove it from the mold.
8. Step
Cut 3 Oreos into 6 pieces and decorate the top of the cake. Serve chilled.
