Directions

1. Step

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine rice flour, glutinous rice flour, sugar, water, and 100 g milk. Heat in the microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.

Stir in 20 g milk and the egg yolk. Heat again at 600W for 1 minute. Then, add the salted butter (or unsalted butter with salt) and mix thoroughly until smooth.

3. Step

Dust a bowl with potato starch. Transfer the mixture onto the starch, divide it into portions, and lightly dust the top with more potato starch.
