Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine 250 ml of milk with 30 ml of the same milk. Add 5 grams of powdered gelatin to the 30 ml milk and mix thoroughly.

  2. In a saucepan, mix 6 grams of matcha green tea, 20 grams of granulated sugar, and the remaining milk. Heat the mixture to 60°C (140°F), ensuring all ingredients are well combined. Add the gelatin mixture and stir until fully incorporated. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then pour it into a 5 cm round cake pan. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours or until set.

  3. In a pan, heat 100 grams of brown sugar with 50 grams of water until it forms a syrup-like paste. Drizzle the syrup over the set dessert before serving.
