Finely chop the white parts of the green onions. Finely chop the stems of the aged kimchi. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, tofu, chopped green onion, chopped kimchi stems, minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, oyster sauce, ginger powder, and sesame oil. Mix well until evenly combined.

Place about one tablespoon of the meat filling onto each piece of kimchi. Carefully wrap and roll the kimchi around the filling. Arrange the rolls in a bowl and let them sit for 15 minutes.
