Directions
1. Prepare Ginger and Citrus Peels
Peel the lemon and orange, avoiding the white pith. Peel and finely chop the fresh ginger root.
2. Blend the Base
In a blender, combine the citrus peels and chopped ginger with a small amount of water. Blend until mostly smooth. Add more water as needed to reach a thick but pourable consistency.
