Directions

1. Step

Peel and clean 500 grams of shrimp. Rinse the shrimp in water with a pinch of salt. Pat dry and season with 1/3 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

Chop the green onions, separating the roots from the tops, mince the garlic, and chop the coriander.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Once melted, sauté 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and the green onion roots until fragrant.

Add the seasoned shrimp to the pan and cook for a few minutes until the shrimp begin to turn pink. Stir in 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon of chili sauce. Mix well and cook until the shrimp are fully coated and cooked through.

Add the chopped green onion tops and cook for another minute. Remove the shrimp from the heat and transfer to a serving bowl.
