Directions
1. Step
Wash the lemon thoroughly and remove the zest. If using lemon essence, skip this step.

In a saucepan, combine 200 ml of water, agar-agar powder, lemon zest (or essence), and granulated sugar. Heat over low heat, stirring until the sugar and agar-agar dissolve completely. Remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly. Once cooled, add 300 ml of milk and mix well.

In a serving bowl or mold, arrange a layer of sliced strawberries. Pour a small amount of the milk mixture over the strawberries and let it set slightly. Add a layer of mandarin oranges, then pour more of the milk mixture. Let it set again. Finally, add the sliced kiwi and pour the remaining milk mixture over the top. Let the dessert set for at least an hour in the refrigerator before serving.
