Directions

1. Mix chia and coconut cream

In a bowl, add 1/3 cup (70g) chia seeds. Pour in 1 cup (150ml) coconut cream. Stir well using a spoon until the seeds are evenly combined with the cream.

2. Refrigerate

Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, allowing it to set into a pudding-like texture.

3. Add berries

After 4 hours, take out the pudding and top it with 1 cup (170g) raspberries and 1/2 cup (100g) blueberries.
