Directions

1. Step

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, icing sugar, salt, baking powder, and butter (100 g). Mix well using your hands. Add the egg and continue mixing until a smooth dough forms.

Roll out the dough onto parchment paper. Use a fork to poke holes in the dough to prevent air bubbles. Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until golden.

In a hot pan, combine sugar (150 g), butter (20 g), and cream (150 g). Heat until the sugar melts and the mixture thickens slightly. Add the peanuts and a pinch of salt. Mix well and cook for 1 minute.

Melt the chocolate (80 g) with vegetable oil (1 tsp) in a microwave or double boiler. Stir until smooth. Pour the peanut caramel mixture over the baked dough. Spread the melted chocolate over the caramel layer. Allow it to cool completely, then cut into pieces.
