Directions
1. Step
In a mixing bowl, combine the instant dry yeast, warm water, warm milk, eggs, and condensed milk (if using). Mix well. Add the bread flour and salt, then mix until combined. Pour in the melted unsalted butter and mix thoroughly until a sticky dough forms.

Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place (35-36°C) until doubled in size, about 1 hour. Once risen, gently deflate the dough and fold in 100g of chocolate chunks until evenly distributed.
3. Step
Transfer the dough into a 13cm wide, 7cm high mold, filling it halfway. Sprinkle the remaining 30g of chocolate chunks on top. Cover and let it rise again until doubled in size (about 20-30 minutes). Preheat the oven to 190°C (374°F) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
